How to get a Student Certificate?

Log in to Your OİS Account

Log in to Your OİS Account
Go to “ois.beykoz.edu.tr” and log in to your student user.
Purple Icon
Click on the purple icon as shown in the screenshot.
Online Document Request
Click on “Online document request”.
Student Certificate
Select “Student Certificate” as “Document Type” and then choose the “Document Language” as you want. Then click the “INSERT” button.
Send Document Request
Now your request is ready! Click on the “Send Document Request to Student Affairs” button.
Check the Status
Your document request has been sent. You can check its status after a while.
'Signed'
When the status is 'Signed', you can click the red button on the left to download your document. We have electronic signature system for official documents. After it is signed you will see 'electronically signed' sentence on your Student Certificate which can be verified online as well.
Checking the details
After checking the details, you can click the download button.
