Transfer Student

Transfer students are individuals currently enrolled in another university seeking to continue their higher education journey at Beykoz University. If you wish to transfer to our institution, please follow these steps:

For Bachelor/Associate Degrees:

  1. Begin by completing the transfer application form available here.  Upload the required documents, including your passport, high school diploma, high school transcripts, and a photo. Additionally, upload your current bachelor transcripts and detailed course descriptions, duly attested by your current university, to the designated section in the application system.
  2. Ensure that your current university is recognized by the Higher Education Council of Turkey. Our International Office will verify this information.
  3. Following evaluation by the faculty committee, we will provide information regarding the course transfer process within one week at the latest.
  4. Upon completing your registration, fill out the form available here and submit it to the relevant faculty to formalize your official course transfer process.

For Master Degrees:

  1. Initiate the process by filling out the transfer application form available here. Upload necessary documents, including your passport, bachelor transcripts, bachelor diploma, and a photo. Similarly, upload your current bachelor transcripts and detailed course descriptions, attested by your current university, through the specified section in the application system.
  2. Ensure that both your current university and the university from which you obtained your bachelor’s degree are recognized by the Higher Education Council of Turkey. This will be verified by our International Office.
  3. Upon evaluation by the institute committee, information regarding the course transfer process will be communicated to you within one week at the latest.
  4. Upon completing your registration, fill out the form available here and submit it to the Institute of Graduate Programmes to formalize your official course transfer process.
